Still using a filter here, the BTOR guy wouldn't fit a new faceplate.

I wasn't there for the install my girlfriend was, but when she asked he just replied there's a filter in the box. It could have been a Kellys engineer?

Just to add this was when I first moved in and signed up with Plusnet, still waiting for my SSE install date.
