I'm sticking it out at the moment. My speeds are generally ok. Enough to stream netflix. I've had some slowdowns, mainly weekend afternoons, but they haven't lasted long.

I would have stayed if they had fixed the issues of slow downs, I can not honestly pay what I'm paying for 4MB down after 8pm.
The customer service staff are ok, no issues with them, but only after I've basically posted on their Facebook page complaining, after logging a call and not hearing anything back.
So yeah, I'm off, but I'm going to go with a smaller ISP I think.
I used to be plus.net and they weren't too bad to be honest. But for the difference of a fiver I think I can get a better service with spitfire/uno/cloudscape connect etc.
