Fortunately I don't have anything to carry over from Plusnet. Just have evening and weekends which we never use!

Just spoken to SSE myself about my billing. I was down on one system for monthly billing and another system for quarterly billing so a bill would never have been produced.

They are going to get that fixed for me now (After 25 minutes hold in a queue to speak to them).

The long queues are annoying but at least when you get through you speak to someone helpful and competent.

I think one thing I do find odd is sometimes when you call they invite you to be called back using the queue system, other times you just have to wait. Seems call wait time has no baring on this either.

Maybe it depends whether you call the 0345 number or the 0800 number ?

Seems to be slightly random on either. Almost as if someone forgot to turn it on, or maybe it depends on whether the queue system is over loaded?
