I know this forum is long dead, but I was wondering if we are able to have our accounts deleted. There seems to be no webmaster address or way to contact a data protection officer. I only ask because you can never be too careful with your personal details in this day and age.

Yes please - I would find this very useful.

I am considering transferring back to another provider (possibly BT) due to the speed issues at peak times, so I personally would find this very useful. I'm sure others would do too.

With some people moving over from SSE to other providers I was wondering if regular visitors to this site thought it would be useful to add some additional forum sections to discuss other ISP's ?

I've added Facebook, Twitter, Google+, e-mail and Facebook Like links to the top of the page.

I would really appreciate it if you could spread the word about the site. After all, the more people using it the more useful resource it will become for those using it.

Just click the Facebook 'Like' option, use one of the other links. It should display at the top of every page just to the right hand side of the logo.
