Least you have plenty of evidence to sent on to SSE. Those speeds last night dived majorly, even on the BT site.
I'm seeing more reports that people's speeds have improved dramatically, and now issues seem to be slightly more localised. Not sure what to believe.
I've had assurances I can leave if they don't meet the bottom end of my estimated speed so I'm going to give it a go. My Plus Net connection drops out a lot at the moment with constant DNS issues, and they just pont the finger back at me so it can't get any worse to be honest.

Re: Speed Test Results - Marksfish (Sandy Exchange)
Just had a phone call from SSE broadband tech support. I have had a good long chat with them. Apparently my router is showing a lot of errors (3500 in the last 24 hours) and he is confused why my line profile is 36.75 Mbps when I ordered Ultrafast and my previous sync with PN was just under 60Mbps. I am being sent a new router and a filter so I can plug into the test socket.
The contact I have been emailing has also sent back the following, I really think they ought to know what equipment they are sending out and what it is capable of:
BROADBAND CHECKS:
Please note there are two devices to check here, The BTOR Modem and the FTTC Router.
" Is the BTOR Modem connected to the Master Infinity socket? Y/N
" Is the physical setup for the BTOR Modem correct? Y/N
" Are the following lights solid green on the BTOR Modem, POWER, DSL and LAN1? Y/N
" Has the BT Openreach modem been power cycled? Y/N
" Is the FTTC Router RED WAN port connected to BTOR modem LAN1 port? Y/N
" Is the FTTC router status light GREEN or RED?
" What lights on the FTTC router are RED? (press the ' i ' button to reveal all the lights)
" Have you 'hard resetted' the router (pin-hole button on the back of the router)? Y/N
" Do you have any potential devices which may be causing interference? Y/N
Anyhow, so far at just before 6.30pm, my speeds are:
