Do they send out a BTOR Modem as well as a Router then and not an all in one? I already have a BTOR modem with Plusnet.

No, the router has a built in modem, you don't need the OR modem any more, just plug the phone cable into the DSL slot and away you go.

Okay cool.

I'll likely stick to the BTOR modem so I can continue with my own router.

Ask them for the password. I have it for mine, but am waiting the outcome of the new router before putting my Billion back on.

Have you been using the Billion from the get go?

No, I had the Billion on PN and have been using the SSE router. They have asked me to stick with it (and the new one being sent) while they try and work through my problems. Once we have either proven their service is crap or it improves, I shall put mine on.

At least they send them out for free. Plusnet wanted me to pay postage on one to prove it was their service with an issue and not my router. Got a link to a live TBB Graph?

I don'y know what they expect to achieve with the new router, it can't ease congestion.....
