Customer Service - Impressed so far

Hi,

Since joining on 10th June, I have had 3 issues to resolve, and all have been dealt with very quickly by raising an email on their web site.

In contrast, my joining experience with BT was a total nightmare, still has not finished, with an attempt by BT to re-take my telephone line on 20th, for which they have billed me.
