I have now got a date of the 29th of June.So far so good I have received the Router and a Email,the welcome pack and two letters.Im not sure they will keep this efficiency up having read the reports on here but here we go.I am sure it will be OK in the end,as I have said before I do not have to worry to much as I only get just under 2mb at the moment so if it is 20 plus it will be great for me.

Hi and good luck hope it goes smooth and you find it better. Not everyone is getting positive outcomes , me included but if you only have 2mbps to beat I am sure you will be happy.

Ye I hope all goes well, just an update I have just had a call from SSE to make sure I had received the correspondence and the installation date was OK for me.As I said thus far really good can only go down hill from here Ha Ha.
