Welcome Pack Received Today

Hi,

I signed up on 17th May, have been given a transfer date of 8th June by my previous provider (BT), and today I have received the first correspondence in the post from SSE.

It is dated 19th May (and arrived today 1st June) advising me that they would write to me again within two weeks to let me know when my services would be up and running.

They were very late in sending out the letter, but I hope the transfer date is still going ahead as BT informed me.

I've seen your other post with the photos of the welcome pack you have received - thanks.

My transfer is due to take place at the same time as yours, but I haven't received a welcome pack or the router yet !
