Speed Test Results - Marksfish (Sandy Exchange)

My first test "off peak" since installation. Speeds similar to those I was receiving on PN, but at a 10mb lower sync.
Just trying to download something to my Sky+ box and it is taking an age

Packet loss is rearing its' head:
Can't even get the TBB speed tester to work and even this forum takes 20+ seconds to load

Think I am going to have to call SSE out on their package. This is unusable broadband and not fit for purpose. I need to find the post on TBB that explains the difference between single and multi thread speed tests and why they differ so greatly.
Your speeds are SLOWER than the average in the East of England
Can't browse forums, Facebook or general shopping very easily on the first night of the connection.
Terrible.
